Executive and Agent pROFILES

JOSEPH G. WINGERT

Joseph G. Wingert is a founder and president of Challenger Real Estate Investment Services LLC, and currently manages a multi-million dollar portfolio of investment properties in the Philadelphia region.

Wingert was previously the top selling agent at a Philadelphia brokerage firm with annual sales of more than $3 million.  He purchased, developed and sold a portfolio of properties valued at $12 million for The Partnership Community Development Corporation in University City.

He developed luxury homes in Florida as an executive of a development corporation, and as project manager at Toll Brothers, Inc., Wingert built more than 200 custom homes valued at more than $70 million in Bucks Co. and Del Ray, Florida.

In conjunction with noted architects, Wingert renovated significant properties in Rittenhouse Square, Greenwich, Conn., Princeton and Tom's River, N.J., and Bucks Co., and was recognized by the American Institute of Architects and Builder Magazine.

Wingert's building career began in the Peace Corps where he constructed schools in Togo and Benin, West Africa.  He is a graduate of the School of International Service of The American University, Washington, DC.

He is currently a member of the board of The Bucks County Herald newspaper.

 

LYNN CAMPBELL WINGERT

Lynn Campbell Wingert is a founder and the director of advertising and media of Challenger Real Estate Investment Services LLC.  She is a licensed real estate agent.

Campbell Wingert was a supervising producer and writer of network and nationally syndicated television programs in New York and Los Angeles, where she was responsible for creative direction, editorial content, managing staffs of writers and producers and annual multi-million dollar budgets. She was in the top one-percent of female earners in the nation.  Earlier, she worked in advertising sales at Vogue Magazine in Beverly Hills. 

Campbell Wingert was also a news anchor and senior reporter at the NBC television station in Tucson, Arizona.

In Philadelphia, Campbell Wingert led communications for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Superfund.

She is currently a member of the board of The Bucks County Herald newspaper, and was a board member of the Newtown (PA) Chamber Orchestra.

She received her BS degree in broadcasting and mass media from Temple University's School of Communications and Theater.

 BLANE FITZGERALD STODDART

Blane Fitzgerald Stoddart is a sales and real estate development consultant with Challenger Real Estate.  In this capacity, Stoddart is responsible for providing urban development real estate advisory and referral services to clients and their affiliates.  Stoddart is a licensed real estate agent.

Stoddart also serves as vice president of business development and customer care for a construction project management company.  The company provides services to a $1.5 billion dollar real estate portfolio, as well as to other developers and non-profits in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Prior to that, Stoddart served as CEO of The Partnership CDC (community development corporation) and its for-profit subsidiaries West Market Management and The ServiceWorks Company.  Under his leadership, The CDC created over 100 new jobs, built over 350 units of affordable and mixed-income housing, created new retail space, and invested close to $100 million dollars in West Philadelphia.

Stoddart is a former floor broker of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange where he served as a registered foreign currency options broker.  Stoddart currently serves on the board of Philadelphia Development Partnership, a micro-enterprise lender.  Stoddart has won the 40 Under 40 Award bestowed by the Philadelphia Business Journal;  has been named one of 50 People to Watch by Philadelphia Magazine and One of 10 Leaders Under 40 by The Philadelphia Tribune.  Stoddart is Co-Founder of Team Jamaica Bickle at the Penn Relays.

Mr. Stoddart is a graduate of The Wharton School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics & Marketing.   Stoddart is a noted public speaker and has presented at the Harvard School of Business and Wharton.


Allison M. Bethell

Allison M. Bethell is a 2004 graduate of Villanova University with a degree in sociology and business.  An active real estate investor, she became a licensed realtor in 2007 and currently leads Challenger Real Estate Investment Services in sales and leasing activities.  Bethell is a Dress for Success volunteer and member of the Young Professionals Network.
