Challenger employs dedicated leasing agents who market to local and regional university, agencies, community groups and individuals using the internet and our extensive network of business and community relationships.  We track each call and leasing appointment.

We provide 24-hour emergency service through a dedicated telephone hotline and guarantee a timely response from experienced vendors.  We ensure client satisfaction by providing management follow-through on each repair.

Tenants undergo a thorough application process.  Our membership in the National Tenant Network provides immediate and full tenant history, including evictions, as well as professional and legal qualifying documentation.  Our legal staff is experienced in the eviction process, should that become necessary.
